Secretary General is the highest officer who is recruited by the Executive Board with the responsibility of Registry and data collection on all member churches, Taking care of all finances, Monitoring and evaluation of all projects, Resource mobilization both internally and externally and Human resource and administrative developments.
The Secretariat consists of the following staff;
- The Secretary General (herein after abbreviated as SG)
- National Clerk / Registrar
- Director of Programs
- Public Relations Officer
- Any other staff appointed to assist in the implementation of the policies and programmes of BAFFE-U
With all the Human resource, an administrative development is inevitable.
